Who we are

OrdersMCP is a brand by Cust, operated by UAB “Autonominiai pardavimai”, company code 306362685, Lithuania. We are the controller for the website processing described here.

This notice covers this marketing website. The Cust privacy policy explains how Cust handles accounts, billing, communications and its service. Customer data processed through connected business systems is outside the scope of this website notice.

Running the website

Cloudflare hosts and delivers these pages. When your browser requests a page or asset, Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. This supports delivery, reliability and security. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website.

We also load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to fetch the font files, which sends technical request information, including your IP address. Font delivery is separate from Google Analytics.

Providers may process this information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their notices explain their handling of this data, retention and international transfers: Cloudflare privacy policy and Google privacy policy.

Website analytics

Google Analytics runs automatically when you visit. We use it to understand which pages visitors read and whether they click through to checkout or book a call. This uses pseudonymous identifiers and basic browser, device and visit information.

The website does not display a cookie banner or analytics settings control. We do not enable advertising features or send the demo conversations, names, email addresses, payment details or form contents to analytics. Page addresses and referrers are sent without query strings or fragments.

If this browser has a valid opt-out saved from an earlier version of the website, we continue to honor it. The analytics tag does not load while that saved preference is valid.

Our Google Analytics user-level and event-level retention setting is two months. This setting does not apply to standard aggregated reports, which can remain available longer. See Google’s data retention explanation.

Existing browser preferences

A preference saved by an earlier version of this website remains valid for up to 180 days from when it was saved. We honor an existing valid opt-out. The website no longer creates new analytics preference records.

Analytics cookies

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_*, to distinguish visits. We configure their lifetime to up to 180 days. These cookies are removed and not set while an existing saved opt-out is valid.

You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Clearing an existing saved opt-out, or allowing it to expire, restores the default: analytics runs automatically.

Payments & bookings

Plan checkout opens Stripe. Call booking opens Calendly. Information you provide on those services is processed under their notices and, where shared with Cust for your order or booking, the Cust privacy policy. Our marketing website does not collect payment card details.

Your rights & questions

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.

For a question or request, use the Privacy Request Form on Cust’s privacy page and mention OrdersMCP. This lets our privacy team route your request.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, including Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate. The European Commission explains these rights.

We update this notice when the website’s data practices change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
